My Favorite Things!!

    I have many different interests such as going to concerts, performing in music ensembles, baking, and art. 

    One of my most prevalent interests is band. I have been a part of various different musical ensembles for the past 10 years. In fourth grade I transitioned from the recorder to the flute and began to love it. I joined concert band and proceeded to practice with every chance I got. As I grew older, I began to branch out and do solo work where I would get professionally judged. As I went into high school, I met my closest friends and took band more seriously. I later joined Concert Band, Marching Band Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, Pit Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble. In my junior and senior year, I had leadership roles as Field Major and Drum Major, which grew my passions even more. This year I have joined the UNH Charger Marching Band, and the UNH jazz band, where I know play the piccolo and alto saxophone. 

    Something else I love is going to concerts. It is always such a fun experience to go with friends and family to see a live performance! I always feel that it makes me appreciate the musical artist so much more! I have seen Billie Eilish, Keshi, Joji, Kendrick Lamar, Baby Keem, Grent Perez, and D4vd. I had the opportunity to meet two of my favorite artists Grent Perez and D4vd!!
